Review from the Fantastic "A Cause des Garcone and Charmants"
"Try State is the New Bible for underground photography!"

"Try State Magazine, Issue Two is even better than the first issue and i didn't think that was possible!! I am in Love with Sylvain! - Peter H.

"Try State Magazine has positioned itself as the World's Zine Sensation. Only the most creative, progressive and talented artists are published in this well connected publication. Fans of Try State Magazine is the A-list of contemporary art and culture, the premiere issue boasts amazing reviews and a strong connection to the pulse of contemporary society."

"It is amazing how the editors at Try State Magazine are able to find the most stimulating new and emerging artists in the world. It seems that their 'midus' touch sparks interest in every artist they profile. I have been exposed to (and purchased) several pieces over the last several months based on their profiling. I honestly don't think I could have collected this progressive work by going through every gallery in New York, Berlin or Basel. Robert & Robert have such an eye for talent, it is like having your own personal art consultant. Try State Magazine has truly become the who's who of emerging works and the topic of conversation in several circles. It is so refreshing to break out of the small homo-zine collection and expand into the world through their eyes. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

-R.Vita, New York Collector of Contemporary Art and Photography

"Everything from post-modern neo club kids, to Amanda Lepore, Gerry Visco, and Naked Jersey Boys, this hodge podge of a magazine/website is everything I've wanted and more. Try State Magazine doesn't force anything down your throat, it doesn't gush for hours on end about how 'cool' or 'hip' this product is, or that artist is, they just present the facts and let you decide. I could sit all day and look at this website. And I'm not even stoned!"

"Wildness!"

REVIEW FROM BLACKBOOK MAGAZINE

"Blog or Die - Even though print magazine ad revenue is down by 29% from just last year, there’s a slew of new titles hitting the stands in the hopes of reversing the trend towards on-line publishing. One of the freshest if not raciest is Try State, which features in their own words “quality art, trash, nudes, fetish, punk, music & fashion victims”. My reason for you to pick it up is that they feature some of the best up-and-coming international photographers and artists that you’ll see there first—before they get scooped up by the bigger titles."

"Try State Magazine, Full of Talent and Eye Candy!! Suede Luvs It"
-STEPHEN SUEDE BAUM, PROJECT RUNWAY

"Try State Magazine is the Visionaire of the Zine World, the new limited edition publication crafted by Robert & Robert is sure to gain international recognition with works by the World's most current artists. The sleek design and edgy images - think Marc Jacob ad meets Robert Maplethorpe - leaves us craving more. It is no wonder that pre-publication demand is a virtual who's - who of the A-list Art World." You can visit the preview at http://Trystatemagazine.blogspot.com
